Hello, Koavf, and welcome to the Test Wikipedia! I hope you will be happy helping here. You should begin by reading these pages: Wikipedia:Useful and Help:Contents. If you want some ideas of which pages to work on, read the list of wanted pages.

Even though it is a good idea to research an article (like looking at the discussion page) before making large changes, please be bold and try! Any changes you make that are not perfect can be fixed later.

If you want to ask a question or talk with other members, you can visit the Wikipedia:Village pump. Administrators on Wikipedia can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. You should always sign your messages on Talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! —Eli355 (talk) 20:16, 30 August 2018 (UTC)

Male and female users[edit]

Why is there a distinction between male and female users on this wiki? —Eli355 (talk) 15:14, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

@Eli355: The easiest answer is just that this is a test bed for extensions and so that is one being tested here. As to why that is being tested, I think it's just to ensure that we can have a system to say "he edits pages" versus "she edits pages" automatically. —Justin (koavf)TCM 17:28, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

User:SA 13 Bro need bureaucrat powers. please give him.[edit] 03:01, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

Thanks. —Justin (koavf)TCM 03:07, 20 September 2018 (UTC)
Who was this IP editor is? SA 13 Bro (talk) 03:23, 20 September 2018 (UTC)
@SA 13 Bro: No. —Justin (koavf)TCM 03:39, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

I was wondering, I had seen something about partial blocks. I want to try them out. Is that ok here? Tyler de Noche (talk) 20:49, 13 November 2018 (UTC)

@Tyler de Noche: I don't see that option on this wiki yet. Do you know that it's deployed here? —Justin (koavf)TCM 21:00, 13 November 2018 (UTC),_namespace,_and_upload_blocking

Apparently not on here, except testwikipedia and testwikidata. Tyler de Noche (talk) 21:13, 13 November 2018 (UTC)

still, can I have tools? maybe bureaucrat? Tyler de Noche (talk) 14:30, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
I'm a little reluctant to give bureaucrat rights to someone who has never edited here and whom I didn't know before this request. Maybe another bureaucrat knows your editing elsewhere and would feel more comfortable with this? —Justin (koavf)TCM 22:25, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
