Namespace issue. I expected an article on the process of scientific peer review here.

Yep, we can't have namespaces yet. If you wanted an article on peer review, you could move this one to Wikipedia peer review or something like that, but you can't use semi-colons in the title. A

Isn't the peer review function something we should consider as part of Simple English Editor responsibilities? Like, it's the simplest form of editing, and requires less skill than a polished edit.

I don't see why not. You could add it to the list. I guess reviews will happen anyway, but it's nice for people to be able to draw attention to a specific article if they want feedback on it, particularly when we have more articles being created each day and not every one will be seen. A

Is there any archive or list of articles that have been peer reviewed?

I see that Hailey just bestowed "very good article" on a bunch of articles. How, when, and by whom were these articles selected?
