An explanation

I removed your tools simply because of the request for a lock on my account on meta and the succeeding bursts of behaviour that followed. Simply put, your behaviour is unacceptable for any sort of administrator privilege, no matter what excuses can be said and put forth.

It all would have been fine. I would have considered returning the tools to you. Yes You would have gotten it back from me because you had written an apology. I was writing in the middle of writing terms and conditions for the return of tools when I saw other things. Your conduct with a battering ram of information and messages was revealing. Its not on meta, but on extends to simple wiktionary on its request for permissions wall and the talk page of the local bureaucrat Brett.

Despite all the disruptive behaviour, I was willing to extend the tools to you, but now, that is not possible. Your constant messages on meta forced a steward to remove the bureaucrat flag. Now, I, nor User:SA 13 Bro, cannot grant you administrator tools. In order to do so, you must provide a good reason to a steward or another local bureaucrat.

Thanks for ruining my Sunday. I was at my university's graduation.
