See below for two situations, same code, with a slightly different placement of User:Notmyhandle/featured (I am not sure if the content of this page matters or if it is simply a matter of transcluding a template next to a noinclude).
In the first example, an extra space is created. This space can be observed above the word "Getting Started" if you inspect it in Google Chrome and look for the <p></p>. Also, if you look at the content of User:Notmyhandle/Article/Table of Contents and User:Notmyhandle/Article/Table of Contents2 you will notice near the top that a glitched paragraph with "<swsquaread />" is added (this part only occurs on test2.wikipedia.org and not on StrategyWiki.org [MW version 1.31.1] where this bug was first observed).
