Admin flag

Hello, I can request the admin flag for testing?

For what kind of "testing" is an admin flag needed? Requests need to be way more specific, plus you might be able to set up a Wikimedia Labs instance instead (again, depends on what you want to do). Plus I don't really decide this, you might want to ask Wikimedia QA.
