Nouns

Nouns have:

  • "a" before a word for singular (ex.:a palabwa "word")
  • "se" before a word for plural (ex.:se palabwa "words")

You can transform verbs into nouns by putting "a" before a verb (ex.:a kauntu "counting, number").

Verbs

Verbs have:

  • "ha" after a verb for past tense [but not done] (ex.:lafu ha "loved")
  • "ho" after a verb for past tense [but done] (ex.:lafu ho "loved")
  • "he" after a verb for present tense (ex.:lafu he "loving")
  • "hu" after a verb for future tense (ex.:lafu hu "will love")

You can transform adjectives into a verbs by putting "du" before an adjective (ex.: du kulin "to clean").

Adjectives

  • "mo" before a adjective for comparative (ex.:i bi mo gudu "he is better")
  • "mosu" before a adjective for superlative (ex.:i bi mosu gudu "he is best")

You can transform nouns into adjectives by putting "laika" before a noun (ex.:laika sunelu "like a snail, slow").
