Adds a long description (page metadata) used by the short description system.

This template prefers block formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Long description	`1`	The long description text to associate with the page. Example Overview of the page topic, for readers and metadata consumers.	String	required
Do not replace	`noreplace`	Prevents automated tools or bots from replacing the description. Use values like "yes". Example yes	Boolean	optional
